    Please drain off oil message

Have a look into that, I'm not sure if the same applies to PCPs but in regards to keeping warranties up on new cars as long as the garage uses OEM parts and are VAT registered you can use any garage and keep the warranty. £300 is bonkers, I've just done the Oil, oil filter, air filter, carbon...

Dreaded Oil pump failure, Advice needed.

Proper **** you've gone through there I would be absolutely fuming. Not sure what I'd do, you could just draw a line under it and let them have the car and move on but that wouldn't be my route I'd be finding out my legal situation about paying etc and get my car back and try and do them for...

    Please drain off oil message

You can buy pumps if you don't want to drain it, they go down the dipstick tube and suck it out the sump, the B8 doesn't have a dipstick but it does have a tube with a blank in that just pulls out. Sent from my moto e5 plus using Tapatalk

    Please drain off oil message

Possibly been overfilled, or sometimes if your doing a lot of short start stop journeys you could be interrupting DPF regens and this can cause diesel to get washed into the engine oil diluting it and raising the oil level. Sent from my moto e5 plus using Tapatalk

    2011 B8 2.0 Tdi help

I would recommend VCDS it can do everything, it is expensive though but you can get pirate copies off eBay for £30 with a cable but that depends if that's your kinda thing. A good dummy proof scanner is carista, just Google it and have a look. Can't comment on the camshaft sensor it's not a...

Personally if it was me I'd bite the bullet and take it elsewhere. I'd only take my car somewhere recommended by someone or after doing some online research. Sent from my moto e5 plus using Tapatalk

    Flat battery B8 2.0tfsi Quattro

In my Avant you have to take the spare wheel out, Jack, and sub to get the battery out. Not a big deal just a few nuts. That's seems quite low saying it's been on charge, just make sure dash and interior lights have gone off etc when you check it so you have no draw. You can get the AGM...

    Flat battery B8 2.0tfsi Quattro

You can check the voltage on the jump points with the multi meter for the standing and running voltage, saves messing about getting to the battery if you don't want to. Sent from my moto e5 plus using Tapatalk

    Flat battery B8 2.0tfsi Quattro

Yeah that's the right place to connect a charger. Battery's probably goosed, get a new one and stick it in. If you get the same AH rating etc you'll get away with not coding it in. You can take the battery out and you won't have to do anything when you put it back in bar set the clock...

Rear Auxillary Springs Installation Guide (for towing and heavy loads)

They are definitely not as effective, I've tried the spring inserts and they give a much harsher ride. They also basically make several coils rendered useless and put the extra strain on the other coils possibly leading to springs snapping. If your going to do it, do it right don't botch it...

Rear Auxillary Springs Installation Guide (for towing and heavy loads)

Yeah 80KG sounds right Probably 15 times a year I'd say. It handles no different with no caravan on with the aux springs in, it's an Avant so it's no 911 in terms of handling anyway it feels big and heavy compared to other cars I've had. Sent from my moto e5 plus using Tapatalk
