This happened to my 2008 3.0TDI Allroad a couple of years ago. I had it fixed in France by Audi and it cost about 2,000 Euros. Hope this helps.

Anyone know how to remove and replace the clip that holds the sun visor in place? Mine just snapped. Plastic fatigue, I suppose, even though it hardly had a hard life (unlike its owner). Cheers

Thanks. The only ones on eBay at the moment are for a C5. Are they the same as my C6? Wheel finisher's not a bad idea. Do you think I could refinish them myself with some fine sandpaper and clear laquer?

Has anyone found a cheaper alternative to OEM parts? All four of these aluminium trim bars on my car have dents or corrosion and I'd like to replace them without bankrupting myself at the dealers. From memory, the last one I replaced a few years ago cost over £250. Cheers
