Not bad lifts. How many reps of 117? I'm 83kg and benching 120... wouldnt class it as world champion potential though. I'm sure there are fella's of the same weight benching 150+.
I did Kris Gethins dtp last year... whilst the results were good and I followed his routine religiously, his results were better since he was definitely juicing and I stayed natural. This year I'm just doing my own thing!
