So the car is back on the road and I am driving it and it looks the absolute nuts. Just been so paranoid parking up as I dont want any scratches or dents. But car gets alot of looks now and is so much better than the mongy pre facelift front. I appreciate the car alot more now.
its all fitted up and nearly ready to roll. just need to do a final polish up and full valet inside and put the mouldings on. I might paint the lower front middle bit matt silver to break it up a little.
So been a while since an update but I now painted the whole car and bumpers this morning and still got the side skirts, mouldings, sensors and petrol flap to do. Then going to try fit up during the week then next weekend should be ready to roll. Work is a pain cause I have to do everything in...
I done mine recently on my 2.4 v6 auto. I used the CVT oil if you call eurocarparts they will be able to tell you the right oil. Also it did take about 6 litres of oil to fill up. The drain and fill hole are at the bottom of the gearbox. The fill hole is the one with the spline head and next to...
yeah I think that is my orginal colour as well. Which i find to be a bit dull compared the the newer blacks. I most probably and will paint the whole car phantom black which is LZ9Y I think. which is abit deeper and has a nice metallic finish.
yeah I know was so disheartening when it happened I was on my way to work to drop it off so I could paint it. But its all fixed now and ready for paint this weekend. what colour code did you use?
yeah front panel engine specific I got a 3.2 v6 one as mine is the 2.4 v6 so all the fans sit in the same location. I would also recommend buying a used one as the aftermarkets feel very weak. If i knew before hand i would have source a used one instead i bought aftermarket new.
heres a few more pics of the headlights wired up and working. Really easy to wire up just a matter of swapping wires around. They are a lot whiter and cleaner in person the camera doesn't really do them justice. But after the little accident My uncle bought me a brand new wing and I managed to...
