Fixed... was brake pads. Was actually missing one! The pad fell off the plate. They wasnt looking as meaty as I first said either. Well. Lesson learned.

The pedal will go to the floor if i press hard.
Its like, i brake and its good but then it goes soft, but if say i pumped the brakes so as to just keep catching that 1st bite.. it would be ok sort of thing. Hard to explain.
Air in the system would actually make sense.

My pads are fine loads of meat left on them. So maybe a faulty sensor. But still doesnt explain no brakes.
If it is a leak...
I got hone yesterday (when it happened) at 6.00pm and at 10.00pm I went back out and it was still the same so im ruling out boiled fluid or fade as I tested it sat on the drive. I'll be looking for a leak but wont have time till friday.. grrrrr
Its amber flashing on the screen. Circle with brackets either side is the best way I can describe it. My fluid isnt low but I did top it up about a month ago and it's dropped. Im thinking leak.
Was on the way home and my brake warning light came on... Pressed he pedal (on the motorway!) all seemed fine.
Then on the off ramp going down hill, i braked and my pedal was soooo soft, didnt really slow me down so i pumped it and it had a greater effect.
So i cruised home and all is safe.

I have damage on my rear passenger door and just wondered how easy it would be to swap it over for a good one?
I have full electric windows so could i swap it for a wind up window if i swap out all the gubbins?
