Yeah I tried a few,in the end I got Audi to price match webuyanycar. I wrote a few ads and had some interest but everyone starts with “ I only have x amount of money , so yours is out of my budget” . It’s a shame because it’s a good car with everything taken care of. Will end up being sold to...
I could do without having 2! - I have advertised mine now anyway for 14k which looking at older ones is a fair price and it’s a black edition/Sat Nav etc

That’s the trouble people want something for nothing. I’ll make an advert and see what happens . The dealer offered 11.5k which is a bit of a joke but I suppose it is no use to them . I don’t really want to buy a new one and then have to sell my one afterwards
To new s3 was nice to drive and...
That’s the problem there is so many on the market , there seems to be more people getting cars on pcp so less need for second hand cars that hold any value . With depreciation on owning a car I think pcp maybe the best way to go if your financially stable . In the end the loss is about the same...
[emoji23][emoji23] I friend of mine wrote his car off after 3 years and the gap insurance paid out to cover the full amount - that would be nice . Looks like it will be getting chopped in for a new one

No that’s a fair one ,I will defiantly check that out as I wouldn’t want to use that if it’s not even valid. It’s got free mot’s for the life of the car which is transferable with the car

I will have a look into that as I was sold it by the salesman as “ main dealer” , I have had a clutch under the extended warranty . Either way it must be something positive to add to a potential sale for some piece of mind?

I had the option to pay for extra when I was buying the car so went for an extra two years as it wasn’t a bad price to have the peace of mind

I would be happy with 13k - 14k . All the usual sites offered 12.5k . I might auto trader it and see what the interest is

I have had it two years now and I fancy a change. I was leaning towards a golf r but had a test drive today in a new s3 and loved it + I want an s tronic aswell now .

Have been looking to swap my s3 with something else and will need to sell mine but can’t work out what to ask for it .Some older a models are asking 10 - 12k , which seems high. Mine is as follows :
2012 s3 black edition ( silver )
53,000 miles
Full service including recent cambelt
Sat Nav and...
Thanks for the reply , I prefer the s3’s looks wise but I think with options they are just to expensive now. I am going to test drive both anyway to make certain. I like the fact the digital dash is standard on the golf . Good to have the info in my mind for when I go test drive so I can ask...
Looking at swapping my manual s3 for a new DSG Golf R and wondered if anyone had any opinions of the difference. Obviously DSG is the major one

It wasn’t a sarcastic comment , was genuine . After reading the manual I found loads of features in my s3 I didn’t know it had . Maybe worth buying a copy . A friend of mine just brought a new a6 and couldn’t get the fuel cap open so decided to prize it open and broke it/damaged the paint work...
Read the manual and it it shows you all the different displays / how to access them , you’ll probably discover useful stuff you didn’t know

That's what I make it , I wouldn't have worried had it not been for the loud noise. It's only just been into Audi for a cambelt etc

3 second press on mine , 2012 is the year. It defiantly wasn't traction cutting engine/boost as it was hesitating aswell and that wouldnt explain the loud popping sound . I'll check the manual again but the light that came up references emissions in the manual .
