Rob's B7 old bus engine upgrade project.

I think some of it is down to responsibility if any personally supplied parts fail. Which I can sort of understand tbh. Mike

Rob's B7 old bus engine upgrade project.

I'm finding that more and more nowadays Rob. A lot of places won't do "labour only" unfortunately.... Bit of a pain as I'm thinking about new shocks & springs on mine.... Mike

An interesting article on EV's, but not really a surprise though.

Don't get me started! I work for a company that has to show they're green but that's by the by. Goes to show that we're not the only ones when VW have said they're cutting down on EV production. Makes me laugh when I turn up at service stations for a quick splash n dash and Tesla owners are...

    Wheel fitment on my rs4

I'd keep to the standard fitment if I was in your shoes. Any chance you can do without your car for a few days and get yours refurbed? Did mine a year or two ago and it gave me the time to address some niggling faults while it was off the road...

    I might have bought one

shouldn't be a prob regarding the DRC pipes but like you say, be best to get them blocked off and fastened away... I'm on B14s as well, can be a bit crashy at times but don't have to worry about DRC failing [emoji106]

    I might have bought one

is it on Bilstein 14 or 16s? I know when I had mine done, there was no snipping of DRC, it was just left in place. Had to get some weird sized nuts though to keep the ends in place..

What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

the 4.2 needs about 9 litres depending on how much you manage to get out. I get Castrol Edge from https://www.vwmotorparts.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&keyword=Oil&search_in_description=1&categories_id=&inc_subcat=1&manufacturers_id=&pfrom=&pto=&dfrom=&dto=&x=39&y=21
