Don't get me started! I work for a company that has to show they're green but that's by the by. Goes to show that we're not the only ones when VW have said they're cutting down on EV production.
Makes me laugh when I turn up at service stations for a quick splash n dash and Tesla owners are...
I'd keep to the standard fitment if I was in your shoes.
Any chance you can do without your car for a few days and get yours refurbed?
Did mine a year or two ago and it gave me the time to address some niggling faults while it was off the road...
shouldn't be a prob regarding the DRC pipes but like you say, be best to get them blocked off and fastened away...
I'm on B14s as well, can be a bit crashy at times but don't have to worry about DRC failing [emoji106]
is it on Bilstein 14 or 16s?
I know when I had mine done, there was no snipping of DRC, it was just left in place.
Had to get some weird sized nuts though to keep the ends in place..
something to do with the tax brackets changing for cars around that age. Been the way for ages tbh..
Rubbish when tax is pretty much double the insurance!!!
the 4.2 needs about 9 litres depending on how much you manage to get out.
