    2.0 tdi - strange issues 60 seconds after start up!!!

    I had this problem after replacing the timing belt, solved the problem by blanking off the egr valve, bought the blank off plate from eBay placed it between the egr valve and pipe from turbo. Doesn't rough idle any more or white smoke on warm up. No management light up on dash.

    Xenon retrofit

    can anybody help me in the process of fitting xenon headlights with kuftec levelling kit. On the headlight adapter plug14 pin I have to insert 4 wires in to the plug , I've tried pushing them in but they don't seam to go all the way in . Do I have to remove the pink bit to help the pin going in...
