    Audi stipulate they ARE stretch bolts ,VAG use them all over their cars, anyhow I got them out with a breaker bar and a tapometer, cleaned them up, reused them, the fun is trying to retorque at 196 NM when you are working on the floor,need Arnie arms to curl that ! Resorted to the the trolley...

    Inadvertently pushed the piston/seal out too far after a pad change, anybody refitted same, I have the motor off, not sure whether to remove the cifclip and remove the “winder” gear.

    I do not mean the disc securing countersunk screw. They are put there to keep it in position on the production line, I’m talking about thae 2bolts that hold the caliper to the carrier and the 2 bolts that hold the carrier to the wheel bearing housing , all stretch bolts, they cost £32 a corner...
