Faulty window switch, could this affect other door and keyfob closing?
I can't directly answer your question. Few points for you -did you notice if the passenger window switch was still illuminated? Age of these cars now it's very common for wire breakage between the door and the body. Check the wiring loom inside the shielding by the door hinge. You'll find around...- Manics

Wrap the trim parts in carbon effect wrap. I did mine around 7 years ago. Also, swap the ciggy lighter (with the cigarette symbol; nobody smoke fags any more) for the modern 12v plug. Not bad for a 20 year old interior. Just two easy & cheap ideas!- Manics
