    Might be a bad tune, faulty N75 valve, faulty wastegate. Your new turbo is probably more efficient so it might be making more boost at the same N75 duty cycle than the old one did. First I'd log the MAF values to see if it doesn't freak out, I had an aftermarket MAF sensor that'd just throw...

    To remove the slave cylinder you have to make some room above the gearbox - take the airbox and battery out, should make enough space. You'll see the slave cylinder on top of the gearbox. You should be able to take it out of the gearbox without disconnecting the hard lines, however other stuff...
