    Door speaker high pitch whine with aftermarket headunit?

    Cheers! I haven't updated this in a while but I eventually just bought two RCA Noise suppressors, fitted them and the intermittent whine is almost inaudible now. I'm going to try and ground the head unit when I get chance and that should hopefully kill the whine permanently!

    Just for anyone that finds this down the line, its definitely the climate control fan, managed to pick one up from eBay for £35 and spent about half an hour on it today. Noise has gone!
