    Yes they will if you let them. Provide the screen wash and the oil. Thats what I'll be doing next time. Castrol edge (4l) is £44.11 at the moment at Halfords but I'm sure you could get cheaper. Point here being that 8l works out at £88 as opposed to allegedlly £95 for 6 litres.

    My S3 has been in for its first oil change (not first service). I was told over the phone on booking that cost would be £165 inc vat. Ok you expect it to be pricey but you don't really know what £165 gets you until you see your invoice. When my car was returned washed/book stamped etc...

    Ok not a total bank robbery but I question my stealership on Price and Quantity of supplied oil. S3 1st oil service change £165. Handbook says oil capacity 4.5litres including oil filter. Yet they poured in 6 litres? and that was 12 x 0.5litres (from a big drum??). So 12 x 0.5 l = £ 95.08...
