@ Trinder. I'll go for the thermostat first. My car did the same. Replaced the thermo and she moves up to 90deg and stays there. One of the sensors (don't know which) will give you a longer glow plug time but if you don't have that it could be the turbo. Just watch out for the bolts on the...- Benzion

Looks cool man. You did a lot of work. We also don't see that shark fin in South Africa. The first OEM fin was on the B7, so yes, parts do differ from country to country.- Benzion
