    Went back to STS today and had the car tracking checked.     Steering Issues

    So today i had a look in the arches and at the tyres and underneath. The Arches look fine and no evidence of any rubbing occuring. The tyres themselves look like they are wearing evenly also.     Tyre Issues

    Yer when i first rotated them i swapped them back around and it was fine, but now these are brand new tyres so it shouldn't be making this level of noise. I have looked into this and don't think it would apply to brand new tyres and generally happens only on dead axles.
