So after a lot of tough decisions lately i have deiced to sell, the car will officially be up for sale soon, but if anyone is interested they can PM me. Getting all the little issues sorted before going up for sale so it's ready for the new owner.
Went back to STS today and had the car tracking checked. I shadowed the technician and watched him set it up on the Hunter and select the correct settings etc. We centred the steering and checked it and the tracking was pretty much the same as the last time. We de-adjusted and then re-adjusted...
So today i had a look in the arches and at the tyres and underneath. The Arches look fine and no evidence of any rubbing occuring. The tyres themselves look like they are wearing evenly also. Had a look a the suspension and underneath and can't see anything obvious that would cause the issue.

Yer when i first rotated them i swapped them back around and it was fine, but now these are brand new tyres so it shouldn't be making this level of noise.
I have looked into this and don't think it would apply to brand new tyres and generally happens only on dead axles.
