    Isn't NFU a diesel gearbox? At least looking at part number and my local part dealers it shows as getting pulled out of 1.9L and 2.0L diesels so the ratios might make it miserable to drive on 122/125HP and 200 NM. I would expect stuff like Flywheel, clutch, shifter cable length/positioning...

    Oil through the exhaust ( under load )

    No expert, please do not take my word for granted. But it sounds like your diesel decided to runaway on the oil which somehow got* into the cylinders. I would check the inside of charge piping to see if there is any excess oil in it, could be that the turbo went out and started spatting hot oil...
