    You can bleed the MC using the bleed nipples on it - VCDS for ABS pump bleed. It sounds more likely that you have some crap around your ABS rings or they are damaged though. You shouldn't have to operate your brakes while doing a pressure bleed - the pressure from the pressure bleeder should...
