    Fuel flap wont lock is this normal?

    Not sure what your problem might be. It could be the solenoid or the convenience module or even something else. Audi reseted my settings to factory and problem was solved. Not sure why yours is not working. Sorry I cannot be of much help. Good luck in solving the problem.
