    i swapped manifold flap actuator and found a big split in it, and i replaced front brake disks and pads so been a busy morning

    it was only knocking at low speed braking but this seems to have sorted the problem. i got the parts from gsf and if you sighn up you get 40% off parts at weekends which is good and i use trw and leformader parts so for the lower control arm and stabalisation part it was only £77

    swapped lower control arm today ready for mot and to stop the knocking

    mine use to use 1liter every 2000 miles till i swapped my oil to 5w 40 fully synthetic
