Hi guys,
Has anyone identified and fitted mudflaps to a 2020 SQ5 Sportback? Or a Q5 Sportback?
Trying to work out which Audi mud flaps may fit, I under that the standard Q5 sline mudflaps do fit the SQ5 but no mention of the sline for the Sportback mudflaps.
That's my logic - if its Audi alloys its on no one should make a fuss over it,
The label inside the door does confirm 19" are an option a below.
235/55 R19 101H M+S
255/45 R20 101V M+S
255/40 R21 102Y XL
255/45 R20 101 W
Now I have to decide if I want the 19" or 20" LOL and if I want the 20"...
Replying to myself because I can't figure how to edit...
For reference Aviva UK do not class winter wheels as a modification:
"Thank you for contacting us.
The replacement of standard for winter tyres is commonplace and is not classed as a modification as such this will not invalidate your...
Nice one I'll look into that, probably same time the rear bumper is an option - right now the dog is getting launched into the back so his claws don't catch the sill
Nice one!
Do you know if your installer was using XPEL or another PPF brand for the console PPF?
I've had the B-pillars and lower sides done on my SQ5 sportback with Gyeon everywhere else. Unfortunately he couldn't do the rear bumper because XPEL hadn't a template at the time for it,
Thanks guys, some food for thought here (I did love the Crossclimates on my S3 too, good compromise and a push on the accelerator got me out of any snow)
Anybody used these guys? https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/audi_alloy_wheels/sq5_80a_suv_sportback_alloys
See they are giving options for...
Thanks guys, they are certainly nice alloys and I'm sure the winter will do a lovely job of making a mess of them.
For reference I'm told (in the UK), only 80A073229 8Z8 (the 5 spoke 235/55 R19 101H ) are available to order and at a total of £2244.05 inc vat. :scared2:
These do also look...
Hi All,
I've relatively recently acquired as 2021 SQ5 with the 21" alloys (255 40 R21) and I'm looking at winter/all-season tyres.
I'm considering either:
Full set of winters and rotating with the summers, rather than waste the tyres it came with (Pirelli's of some sort, the car is in getting...
Very comfortable I'd say - air suspension is magically. Dynamic is also not very terrible vs. standard S3 suspension.
Though something to think as if you careless crash through pot holes only feeling a small ding - the alloy wheel is feeling the force
Trade before the end of your PCP agreement? You'll likely get a valuation that reflects any wear and tear but at least you will know what you get before you are trapped in. You could in fact just look for a valuation to see potentially the difference between your final payment and car value
Also have a Q5 SPBK, I haven't had the roof bars on myself but I did think when I looked at it the rear mounting point was quite far back. Generally it seems the front bar aligns with the B pillar and the rear bar with the C pillar but the SPBK has a short space between the C pillar and the boot...
TBH I agree but somehow bought one... In person I do think the Q5 SBPK does looks actually suit it and it doesn't look like a great slope. They probably could have passed it off as the new Q5 TBH. Q3 is too small in my opinion so looks very much like a jacked up A3. The Merc and BMW equivalents...
Well the missus did say "I want you to get the car you want"... so I asked about RS4's but realistically outside what I'm happy to spend. I did ask about a STD edition with the exhaust, suspension plus, C&S pack, red calipers & metallic paint - it was close to the SQ5 but only when I was making...
Hadn't fired into WBAC - I had based this on the CarWow valuation which was giving 17.5K for the S3 a month ago, and first dealer offered 19.5k so I thought great. Had variations from dealers between 19.5-21k. WBAC is also giving 21K.
2.5k is really nothing in depreciation!
Originally I had started out "local" and I'm a great believer in that. Also working out the "*****-ness factor" if the additional time from myself (say driving from one end of the country to the other) is worth the money or not. Same thing normally comes in on a Friday night when deciding what...
Seems the general consensus is for the normal/estate SQ5... or an RS4 :tearsofjoy:
Unfortunately my negotiations on the normal SQ5 fell down during the final round of pushing the price down from where the price actually went up... apparently - and this could be sales BS - the deal was in fact...
Ah bless.. they are such lovely dogs I have to say. Not a mean bone in his body, Finn is only 5 months and he is very willing to help the environment - picking up and trying to eat all sorts of plastic or anything else people drop...
My original choice was in fact daytona and an S4 avant under...
