    Hi, Today I've had a very similar experience, car locks but does not unlock. Fob batteries were changed a couple of weeks ago.........meaning I assumed they were OK. Upon changing them {again} all is OK, they were too low. Did you renew your fob batteries ? I don't want teach my granny etc etc...

    I share your feelings. It is a big annoyance when road repair crews post say a 30 limit and don't put a delimit at the end, one particular example near me means I have to drive some miles with b-gger pinging away. Mike

    I'd be tempted to get a quality inspection done. On the car you decide on, a warranty paid for by the seller might also be a good step. From following current popular Audi repair sites any bill could be big, be aware that's all I'm saying. Good Luck. Mike
