    Hi Sadly no. I think only resolution is to go with custom TCU software as others has said. I think im going TVS.

    I dont know what the TD1 status means but they found out the car was remapped, 3 months before the recall when i took my car there for the first time for another service.

    Hey mate. Here in Finland i got new gearbox even my car has APR Stage 1 ECU tune. I was told in the past when the recall was made that i was very lucky that Audi gave me new gearbox :D I think it depends on the service history etc.? Mine was full Audi service history.

    I also think the hard shift to 3rd is somewhat normal. Good to know that someone else is notice the same thing. Other day the downshift did the same thing, big delay to 4th to 3rd.

    I have also experience the same thing. This was also present before the 34L4 update with the old gearbox. I thought this was just normal behavior but im not sure anymore. This happens more when the car is cold (cold transmission oil).

    Does anyone have S3 with the sw 2401 on the transmission? Is there any difference? If that fix the issue, i have to update that for the next time when i have oil change on the dealer.

    Does your car makes this when the engine is cold or warm? I'm going to go with the TVS remap for the gearbox in some day in the future, so i dont bother to pay the dealer to reflash the TCU.
