    CoD Mode after stage 1 (remap)

    I know someone who had his 1.4tfsi COD, remapped by Revo (stage 1) and his COD still functions as it did before. And it was done about 12months ago.

    I have had mine done buy a Vag specialist garage i always use, they had to buy a specific timing tool for the COD engine as its different to normal ones. Don’t ask me how though.

    I don’t have a picture but it’s built into the side of the compressor so should be fairly easy to see. Audi replaced it under warranty and Aircon has worked flawlessly for the first time in 3yrs. Been 3weeks now without issue

    Audi Newcastle quote me the same which is ridiculous, i use a Audi specialist called Tyneside Autohaus. They are based in Newburn only use oem parts and have access to audi’s online service history system they have quoted my £400 all in using audi parts

    No they don’t require spigot rings, the wheels are Revo rfo 19’s.

    The actual centre bore part of the spacer (non chamfered bit) fits perfectly in the centre bore of my wheel. It’s literally the chamfer on the back of the wheel hitting the chamfer on the spacer which is stopping me sliding wheel on fully.

    No if i put the spacer on the back of the wheel it doesn’t sit flush on back of wheel there is a 2mm gap all the way around, no matter how had a push it doesn’t go in fully. Wheels are Revo rfo 19’s, can’t get a photo of that at moment at work.

    Different chambers? I have a set of h&r 12mm spacers on the back without any issue. Just assumed the chamfer would be the same. Never had issues like this before have numerous sets of h&r over the years. Could i just stick the spacer in a lathe and machine the chamfer myself to correct it?
