    Just an update on this in case anyone is interested.. The problems (power loss while braking, beeping, voltage codes) have stopped since replacing the alternator. Replaced with a used OEM. So far so good.

    Looks like there is an IOS version of OBDeleven now. Leaning towards the "Pro" version. More options and credits. Does anyone know if OBDeleven will work on any other model cars? My wife's car is a Mini. Would be nice to have that option

    Thanks! Just checking them out. Looks like some are free, some not. BlueDriver OB2 looks good. Is the OBD11 the best for VAG? You can use OBD11 without purchasing the bluetooth plug? Must be a subscription no?

    Thanks. No condensation or water in the lights. Didn't find any corrosion on the contacts. I cleaned all the contacts with de-oxit. No luck

    I just realized I'm missing the battery cover.. Not sure how long it's been gone. I've had the car for 2 months. If the problem you're suspecting is under the battery, I imagine this wouldn't help

    Hey, Yeah I'm in Canada. Toronto area. So I'm on the other side I guess. Not sure what "bulb monitoring" is, sorry. And yes the ESP light is intermittent. Sometimes I don't see it for days. The LED tail light however is always out. Whereabouts is this harness? Thanks again
