    Does this controller shut the flaps when necessary ? Thought i read somewhere that under certain conditions it was detrimental if not and some controllers didn’t. Or did I get that wrong way around ?

    Same issue in my RS3 for 3-4 months now. Tried hard resets, disconnecting and reconnecting etc. Had it into Audi and no luck. Only way to use CarPlay is to connect phone via charging cable. Annoying!!

    As with most manufacturers, I think it’s luck of the draw. My 2024 RS3 is rock solid with no rattles or squeaks at all. FL model is pure cosmetic improvements, very much doubt they made any changes other than maybe add extra foam to address creaks and rattles officially logged through dealer...

    I’m ok with that. No summer tyre is good in frost / snow. I work from home / live in a mild area so winter conditions are mild and I can choose to not bother if indeed it snows.

    Are people getting confused with Trifeo R tyres that are road legal track tyres? The new PZeroR tyres as well as Bridgestone Potenza Race have been tested by Sutcliffe and are better in wet weather than the UHP tyres. Game has moved on. Seems the drawbacks for these tyres is likely only...

    Luckily I never have to travel in snowy conditions. However, I have found the Bridgestones to be epic in wet and very wet conditions so no complaints. Likely will try the pzero R’s come replacement time though. MP4S’s have a very soft tyre wall which I don’t personally like. Maybe that’s why...

    Potenza Sports are only 5.6mm from new so he has a good few miles left in these really. Unless the swap is because he prefers different tyres. Had Pirelli’s on my G80 x-drive and find the Bridgestones better in all areas.

    Did you not have the Bluespark before the JB4 that threw no errors? Can you clear codes on the 8Y PFL with OBD11 ?
