    I like others would get the oil changed however would it do any harm to not do it, very unlikely.     If you can smell oil when stationary imo it is either blowing out the exhaust or leaking onto something hot...........probably the latter meaning you have a leak somewhere presumably under pressure if you can't see any drips.
