    I agree regarding the principal. They are always looking to make money. When I had my service they charged me £150 on top for looking at issues, that they couldn't replicate themselves. No one has mentioned getting the KD2 update on my car.

    Clearing the cache and the storage from the app didn't make a difference so I assume it's the car that has the issue with it.

    Not really a niggle, just something working a little too well. Whilst driving the other day it detected a potential collision and pulled me tight into the seat. It's the second time it's done that, but at least it is reassuring that something will work when you need it too. Needless to say...

    It has worked from day one, and now only recently stopped showing directions and the eta. The HUD still works so the car is still connected to it. Maybe it will resolve itself.

    I'm surprised they are taking so long. Mine was resolved in just a few weeks, but that was back in spring/early summer. I suspect they have been inundated with calls since then.

    So the menu option is still there, but it is displaying as per the picture. It used to offer route guidance and the eta. The main screen still works, as does the HUD. AA has been updated but it's been like this for a few weeks. any ideas?

    I managed to break the cruise control again today. That's twice now. I sometimes accelerate just using that stalk and not the pedal. After a while it kills the cruise control. A simple reboot fixes it.

    I have had an A3, A3 Cab, A4 Cab, TT, A3 Saloon, 2 x A5 Coupes and an A6 C8 before the B10 and never had a single issue with any of them.

    They look good in that colour, and scrub up very nicely. I see you got an early one too without S-Line badges. I'm in two minds about fitting some, seeing as they added them to later models.
