Morning all,
Got a simple issue i'm hoping you can help with...
My B7 has front sensors, the inner 2 sit on the 'grey' panel around the numberplate...
The inner right has packed up so I need to get a replacement. I've read about and enquired with Audi and indeed they are £120 each - gulp...
I do 30k motorway miles a yr, but service every 10k, it makes such a difference, engine is smooth and starts/runs like a dream for mileage - amazed to see that the petrols appear to be more reliable than the diesels!
2007 (56) Avant 2.0T Quattro (Special Ed)
109k
Cambelt @ 83k
PCV & Rocker Gasket @ 83k
New Coils @ 83k - never had them done under warranty!? (free 6yrs later - happy days)
New Clutch last thursday on 108k
Very reliable and a great car :)
Incredibly reliable cars (its had a few wheel bearings...
I'm not being contentious here, i think it looks great, but I dont think those are actual RS4 wheels from a B7 RS4 - they arent dished enough? S4 pic further up defo, but yours look like A6 OEM RS4 style wheels?
No thats cool, I just never use mine, to the point where i dont really like the sensation of a warm **** lol
The mother in law has a Q7 with alcantara centres, but heated, i find it a much nicer place to sit than the full leather in mine
Wow, all this talk of 30mpg from a 2.0T! Mine has is the 220bhp engine, and has done 103k miles now, but even on a steady 80mph cruise i rarely see 30+
Good cars though, albeit mine does use about a litre of oil per 3000 miles.
