    Servicing Injectors without the 'proper OEM tool'

    I've recently bought some S3 8p injectors to go into my 2.0l tfsi BUL A4 engine for the K04 turbo conversion. I've ordered a full injector service kit but it appears that I need a specialised tool set to fit the teflon seal. Is there another way of doing it without the tool?

    I fully understand, I basically won't bother trying anything from a standing start, will only accelerate once rolling. Better for the clutch too I suppose.

    My friend has the Mazda 6 mps which has been stage 1 'mapped' but in all honesty it doesn't feel anywhere near 300bhp considering I can keep up with him whilst pushing like 240bhp. In interest have you had your Mazda on a Dyno?

    Yeah I know that the K04 is pretty much better in every way and that many people do K03 to K04 conversions. I just want to know the maximum power output of the K03. If I had the funds to do the conversion or hybrid the K03 I'd have done it by now :)

    2wd lads, I will be changing the turbo, injectors and adding an RS4 pressure valve at a later date. But at the moment just sticking with a stage2+ map with the K03.

    I've ordered a strut brace from protuningiv but they didn't include any instructions or diagrams. It doesn't appear to be simple hah. Has anyone fitted a strut brace to their a4b7 and if so would you mind sharing some pictures so I can get an idea of what to do?

    Good shout there mate, soaked it in hot water, put the mount in a vice and went to town on it. Still took a hell of a lot of force but it's on :)

    I've bought a powerflex black edition snub bushing and for some reason it's extremely hard to fit onto the actual mount. Even with plenty of lube and force it doesn't seem to wanna go on. Any tips?

    My Aydi a4b7 2.0tfsi fwd has rear wheel issues. The rear passenger side wheel doesn't sit in the centre of the wheel arch whereas the other rear wheel sits pretty much perfectly centre. Firstly, is it even possible to adjust the rear wheels for allignment. Secondly does anyone have any idea why...
