    This might be a concern for PFL S3 owners generally, but the valuation being lower than the GFV at the end of the finance term it only really matters to you if you are planning to pay the balloon payment and keep the car. Otherwise it's the finance company's problem and you just hand it back.

    First check that you have not accidentally opened the windows with the key fob. If you have remote window opening enabled (settings/ central locking?) the windows will all drop if you press the unlock button for about 4 seconds. I have a VW atm but I think this feature is common to all Audis.
