What do you hate???
Hate this as well, including being told it's a legal requirement by a 12 year old sales guy. Considered having a set of "lipped" plates made up with the text "Never buy a car from [insert dealership here]" at the bottom :-)- mstv

Misold PCP claims?
I've done that for 2 finance deals I took out - both hire purchase. The Martin Lewis tool generates an appropriately worded form email that is sent to the finance provider - in my case VWFS and Black Horse. The email quotes all the details they would need to identify the finance arrangement and...- mstv
