    Model: 2017 S3 Sportback Quattro Engine: 2.0 Turbo 310PS Gearbox: Manual Average Mileage: 290-320 Best Mileage: 355 (running on fumes!) The Mrs has a Golf GT TDi remapped at 206BHP and we rarely get less than 600 miles to a tank, best 640. You can imagine the grief I get at the pump station...

    S3 Manual Gearchange

    Unfortunately I'm not writing to suggest a remedy but to agree with you that the manual is a little 'jolty', especially from 1st to 2nd. Some try it on Charlie will comment say you're not driving it properly, but I've had enough manual cars to notice this gearbox isn't the smoothest!!
