    People are paying £25 on eBay for the battery cover. There's also one of the front engine covers on there for £65!

    Think I'd go for bolt on hub cencentric spacers, had them before on my mk4 and think they're the safest type.

    B6 S4 - pressurising??

    That's normal, it's pressured to raise the boiling point. Removing the cap releases the pressure suddenly, so overflows.

    Phoned audi dealers yesterday. The missing engine cover is only £16 so I've ordered one. Ordered a new battery cover too for £6, Bargain!
