Been out and started the car this morning and no fault codes, it all appears a bit hit and miss. I’ve been so lucky with my RS3 with none of the other issues that some have had so I don’t understand why now this is happening. Any input/ thoughts would be appreciated.
Today my brother came to fit a new front door and his Golf R was due an MOT, so I picked him up and bought him back to finish the job. No issues so far. Two hours later!I take him back to pick up his car and this all pops up!
It’s booked with Audi to have a service shortly but *** what’s going...
Last Friday morning (12 September) me and Mrs Moz headed towards Le Shuttle for our first road trip since 2019 around France. First pit stop was Dijon, what a fantastic city and never popped up on our radar, it was supposed to be just an over night stop having driven for 13 hours. We are already...
I had a nice trip around the shire last week. Roads were good, for a change, but the traffic was heavy but moving and managed these MPGs which I thought were good. Managed low 40’s in my Golf R so was surprised at how good the RS3 is now that it has a few miles on it.
Well i fell foul of the horrendous potholes around me last week and had to purchase another new tyre. At least both fronts are now done and the rears look OK.
I went with them last year. It’s basically Aviva by another name. It will be interesting to see what happens this year. A friend has a Range Rover sport and can’t insure it at the moment. He found two chaps sat in it on his drive before Christmas with keys in a faraday case. He has a Ghost...
I was with Audi last year and the renewal this was nearly double. I managed to get mine via ‘quote me happy’ which is Aviva for around the same as last years. I’ll try Audi again next year to see how they compare again
I’d agree it’s a very good looking car. It was fully charged when I jumped in and was showing 220 mile range. For me that’s just not enough and I’m still one of those that has both range worry and think the infrastructure still isn’t where it needs to be. Short journeys would be OK, up to...
Funny enough @Mike.46 i had a test drive in one today. OMG they are quick and a really nice bit of kit, but being 1 year old and just over £80k I think I’ll pass as an alternative to my RS3 but Mrs Moz was keen to try the new Q6 etron.
It’s amazing when on a decent run the MPG you get. Went to Highgrove on Thursday mostly A & B roads with a short time on the M5 and was close to breaking 40mpg over 80ish miles and that included a couple of ‘nipping’ past slower traffic. The more I drive this car the more I like it.
Had a decent run up to Manchester airport and back yesterday. Motorway kept moving and my fuel consumption was showing better but last 10 miles or so had a number of drivers wanting to do 25 to 30 mph in a 60.
There is a really useful link somewhere, posted by @Mike.46, and have coded mine to remember last setting which is off in my case but I can turn it on for when I’m on the motorway, if I want.
Does anyone know if the offset for the front wheels will also fit on the rear without them sticking out past the arches? Just wondering on a square setup!
So my Audi insurance renewal has come through and it’s gone up to £879 from last years £679. Aviva are coming up the best from a price perspective but still higher than last year. Any suggestions for an alternative?
