    I have seen a few videos on how to remove the turbo and on the 3.0tdi they are at the top of engine so look pretty easy to remove. As there is so much build up I'm going to remove it and clean it all up as much as possible. With the mr muscle I'm assuming that only can be used on exhaust side...

    I have been getting a flashing glow plug light and into limp mode and have noticed heavy oil leak all round the turbo Would that be the egr blocked ? I'll put pictures up shortly

    I got a good connection and still no luck. upon looking today it seems like it pulsates in line with the engine ticking over. It is all working fine until I turn on the engine, would it be the alternator?
