    VCDS Scan with Electric Damper fault ,Adaptive head light Warning

    So update. The parts arrived and I have just used the tie rod off the cheap copy and refitted the Audi original. done a short drive and the codes seem to have stayed off so hopefully all sorted. Also fitted a replacement temp sensor for the AC and did the service.

    Thanks as always Dippy. I was hoping that might be the case and the fact that the data on each fault is the same in terms of time and count etc. I will let you know when the part turns up and I get it fitted

    Update on the Update I have managed to get to the car and remove the wheel to find that the arm on the level sensor was snapped at the plastic ball joint. Audi wanted £172 for a new one but I have taken a punt at a replacement for £50 I'll get it fitted and see what happened and if the...

    update no2. a Quick google and i had the answer I had made the amateur mistake of not opening the flaps before fitting the manifold. Charger off and on again just need to fit the belt and we are good to go. This is the first time i have had to work on the engine other than basic service etc...
