    got the same issue, just picked up a 2018 TFSI Q5 for the misses topped the coolant up as the light came on the other day and now the heating has stopped... not the best time to stop given the requirement of defrosting right now.. Did a scan and it looks like the matrix is blocked/failed...

    So I used the firmware download from https://mibsolution.one/ and followed all the instructions to end up with zero sound comming from the unit now :sob: anyone done this and figured out what to do to get sound back?
