    I had a similar problem with mine 2 yrs ago . Turned out the 48 volt mild hybrid battery was playing up . It’s under the drivers seat They replaced that under warranty and it was fine after that might be worth you getting that checked out

    I think this was due to the chip shortage at the time , some got full colour ambient lighting some just got white .

    My last A 3 was in for 8 days for warranty work . the dealer arranged a hire car , delivered to my house free of charge . Just left it at the dealers when I picked my car up after the warranty work was done
