I have a set of Audi winters with 225/45/17 Nokian WR D3s. Used them 3 winters and still tons left. Fantastic tyres on my S3! Dragged me up a very snowy hill road with ease.
A quick detailer is only that though. Just finishing off a clean before sealant/wax/drying depending on the clean you're doing. I think it adds a decent level of gloss between it and also helps the wax layer afterwards.
You should never just be using it to remove dirt etc as you're just...
I use Megs Last Touch. Flipping excellent stuff. Have tried others over the years but have always gone back to it! 6 years later now and still using it! Not massively expensive either.
That's some good figures!
Did you keep the whole standard exhaust except for the Downpipe and decat then? How does it sound? I'd be tempted if I can still get 360bhp and a standard exhaust! Plus would save £500+!
I'm running 17x7.5 Audi A4 B7 multispokes on my S3 for winters with Nokians on. Fit fine over my front brakes! It's close but fits! Doesn't look too bad to be fair as they have a more agressive offset than the standard S3 wheels.
As far as I know these were only introduced in the MQB aged cars and forwards, so about 2013-14ish. So 8V S3 and Mk7 Golfs. I'd be extremely suprised if any 8P had it.
Having seen a couple of 8P S3's at Audi garages I'd be wary of that! Last one I looked at was so badly polished it had hologrammed all over and all the trim, headlights etc was covered in polish! Awful job. Paint was ruined.
Also having bought what looked like a mint Golf Edition 30 from a VW...
Really lovely car mate! Does that mean you're selling the OZ's? They are nice indeed! How much did you source the standard wheels for? Thought about putting some on my pre-facelift.
How do bud, hadn't really thought about it but I guess around the 13k mark. It's just had a lot of money spent on it giving it a major service and brakes. Brand new rear calipers discs and pads etc. How much were you looking at spending on one?
I feel your pain mate! Mine is basically the same as this at the moment but just to the front drivers side. I've had everything off and looked and there is no clicking or odd noises. Could it still be the wheel bearing?!
I've used torque for ages on my various cars. Saved me tons of money in code reading and the power stuff seems fairly alright. It measures boost well! Certainly can't complain To say I got the app and the dongle for under a tenner.
