Got to agree here
My S1 was 29k new in June and have had a couple of valuations over the past few weeks and one was 18k and other was 19k with 4K miles on the clock
I know to always expect a drop but sheeesh it hurts lol
That's a pretty decent deal to be fair
I'm tempted to test drive one but I know I'll probably really like it.. Only had the S1 a little while but have a fair bit of equity. I change cars too quickly lol
Let us know how yours goes
Anyone had any thoughts on going from a S1 to an RS3 and if you feel a big upgrade difference?
That 5 cylinder obviously is a big difference and those pops and bangs sound amazing!
Refurb of the whole wheel which is good - I've left it with them now for 3 days got an Audi a1 1.4 as a courtesy car can def notice the difference the S1 sticks to the road compared to the A1 lol
I'll post a pic of my (hopefully) shiny wheel :)
Yeah I've been reading that the moisture can cause a milky colour underlay so I'm going to get it sorted this week for sure - these alloys must be a real b**** to repair
i don't think mobile repairers will touch these as they're diamond cut?
Might just have to bite the bullet pay the price and tell myself that's what you get for having alloys like these lol :sos:
The dreaded has happened - chip on my alloy!!
Went for a long drive Thursday only to see that mark on my alloy.. Don't remember any dodgy parking or kerb hugging (I'm hyper sensitive to kerbs these days lol).
Went to Audi yesterday getting quoted £115 for a full refurb of the alloy despite...
Hi all
My S1 has done just over 2k miles now - and she hasn't yet asked for any oil..
It surprises me as I was expecting a top up being new - I haven't exactly been driving economically either lol! :racer:
What are your experiences?
That's what I did they installed the sat nav when they done the PDI.
I really wanted an armrest but I chose not to spec it as the test drive car had one and it just seemed a bit in the way and did get in the way of the handbrake for me!! My Beamer had a fairly big arm rest I'm still looking...
Ah sorry for the late pictures (excuse the reg scrubbing) - here's some of my beast!!
Love it a lot one of the best cars I've had by far - had lots of people admire. The sound is awesome really don't need any music on I can't but not listen to that note :)
One word... wow.
I just got back from taking it down some single track country lanes and that thing is a monster. The 4wd just lays the power down it wants to eat the road and sticks to it - got lost at one point in the middle of no where but it was good fun finding my way out.
It caught me...
Hi mate my Audi build week was 23 so first week of June arrived in the uk on 20th and collecting tomorrow so 2nd.
Apparently it only takes them 24 hours to get to the uk port once it has left Germany.
It's definetely worth every minute of waiting for though!
