I don't think the apr intake gives any issues. At apr they tested the apr intake running there Stage 3 intake. They did a run with and a run without intake and the intake proved to give as much air as without the intake. I run the CTS intake, and doing stage 2 without IC running 400.7 and 551 nm...
Does the Turbo Technics induction hose really do something? You can put up a hose as big as you want buth the turbo inlet will allways be the same size.
Other then the turbo there car runs the same parts as yours part frome the upgraded clutchpacks. Throttle and induction pipe upgrade would be a good thing for better flow. Im going to do this to so you have no restriction between turbo/intercooler/engine. You might not end up with more peak hp...

Yeah, im gonna go with a wagner IC next. Might go with other bits and pieces like the cts intake pipe, induction and throttle pipe and see if it does anything. Turbo upgrade would be last option, even when the TTE 525 looks tempting :P
