    On motorway driving, whether you do 70 or 80 makes a fair difference. As does whether you are one of the drivers that is constantly on / off the accelerator a bit. Some people are just like that and this style is bad for turbocharged engine economy as it repeatedly spools the turbo.

    As said. If you buy a manual (as I did) factor into the cost that will probably need to replace the clutch at some point soon. Not all the clutches are total crap but most of them are.     I would get a second opinion. A new timing chain sounds like garbage to me, and to be honest I don't know many owners who have had to do this. If the timing chain genuinely was stretched it would run badly most of the time not just some of the time only on full chat at silly speeds. Perhaps...

    I'm sorry but no. They might claim to do this but if something major and expensive goes wrong that you try to claim under warranty you may be in for a shock. I have first hand experience of this, as do others.
