    I'd check your aircon pulley/ compressor. Known to seize intermittently. Especially if left ungassed.

    Noisey AC compressor

    If the noise your getting goes when aircon is turned on/off then it's unlikely to be your belt tensioner or roller. I've fitted plenty of pulley repair kits for this issue ( same as the one that's linked above ).

    Hi. Have a 2004 1.8 t Quattro a4. Was wondering are all decat pipes the same ?? Can't seem to find decat pipe listed for Quattro model. Are they the same on a front wheel drive model. Do these decat pipes fit to standard exhaust ?

    Immobiliser help

    Think injector pump is tied into immobiliser setup on this model. Would be a lot easier to just get your new key coded now rather than swapping more parts.
