Happy owner of a plus sized blue hippo myself! (Sepang blue 2016 SQ5 Plus).
To answer your question about the different engines please see below (326hp vs 340hp). Unfortunately during my brief Google search I've not been able to find a comparison of the 313hp and the 326hp.

Is it really that big of a problem when "only" doing a stage 2 tune? That said I would never launch a car every day because honestly is it that important to get from 0-60 in 3.5s instead of around 4s :whistle2:
I was just going to write this because that is the most common mistake when the car won't launch. But glad you got to do a launch because it really shows how fast the car is able to get off the line without much hesitation :racer:
Hmm yeah you're right. It's quite a jungle but I know there should not be a lot in difference in ride height between S-Line suspension and S3 suspension. I know the magride makes it sit 5mm higher tho.
I found this thread with some more info and efter reading different posts it seems it's more...
Maybe someone can help me here but I think the S-Line come stock with sportsuspension and that you have to actually choose the normal suspension if that's what you want. Try posting a picture, then it's easy to see.
EDIT: just saw the above post. You got the same ride height as the S3 then :racer:
Map 2 is not great for the facelifted S3 if you wanna do launches because it adds too much boost in the top end, that's why they made map 4 for our 7-speed gearbox.
From George on another forum:
If map 4 was to be plotted it will look like this.
Just go for map4 since you have an FL S3. Before George made map4 a thing my custom map6 was very very similar to this map. You can’t really push more than 6psi extra out of the turbo and less the closer you get to red line.
You just proved that you don't understand what I'm writing.
Soft limiter = computer limited top speed and has NOTHING to do with power.
The Civic in the video is stock. Here's a link to the video:
Here is a bad translation of the french in the video description:
Review our acceleration test...
Okay you really have to understand what I write. Unrestricted = no soft limiter, but stock power. For instance the Honda Civic Type R with 320hp/320nm (S3 310hp/400nm) can do 272kmh (283 in the speedometer), which kinda shows that my point of the S3 being able to at least show +280kmh is plausible.
I'm saying the S3 can do 280kmh unrestricted since it's soft limited. The A3 190hp can do 244kmh so of course the 310hp S3 can do a lot more than the soft limited 250kmh.
The Fabia showed 165mph in the speedometer, mine showed 269kmh (167mph).
You don't compare an S3 to a Fabia without gettin...
I'm sorry about the confusion I've started by posting images of different cockpits :boxing:
It was just to illustrate the different places the oil temperature might be shown. I was fully aware of the fact that it was not the same virtual cockpit but I guess my laziness took over while Googling...
See below. However below 60c the oil temp will be shown as 3 lines (---). It will only be shown like this in sport display, otherwise you'll have to be in the car info display to see it if you have two dials.
Honestly, we're here to talk about cars and help each other so please mind your own business and use this thread as intended.
I have made my own "cheatsheet" document with the help from DJAlix, this forum in general, several hours of Googling etc. and at the beginning of reading this thread I...
Short answers yes - BUT it's not like the pump housing has been changed to metal or anything, all I know is that the latest revision is M and they have made some changes since revision A - maybe someone can say what revision their failing pump was?
That said, you need to make sure that they...
