    Hi Bobby, wonder If you know whats the difference between nozzles of 1st gen 3.0tdi (bmk, bkn etc) and second gen like CCWA? Is there any difference in spray angle for example etc? Tried to read your thread thru but didnt find if you changed injectors for your 500hp engine setup?

    To make sure you have oil pressure present just fit in oil pressure gauge. You should have at least 2bar@2000rpm. Its the minimum.

    With lame upgrade turbo 340-350 is possible to have on these.

    8v? Isnt there only cr 4pot lawnmover engines available? 240hp 2.0tdi nozzles are quite a lot bigger. You have stock nozzles maxed out already?

    Well actually you are increasing pilot opening pressure with the pressure pin and thats all that counts actually. Increasing pilot pressure increases also main pressure too. I've seen cars working fine with stock 230-240bar opening pressure and some are running bad idle like i did with the same...

    I think blackwagon should delete his post with such big time misinformation. P970 nozzles are good option for smaller power increase. There is actually cummins nozzles same sized with slightly narrower spray pattern. Never tested one since those are way too small, but should work even better.

    For smaller upgrade iveco/cummins (about +20-25%) nozzles and for bigger cpc or bosio race683 (afb injectors needed).

    It's good to have feedback and hoping that we can solve the problem. I heard nothing from ben since is send them so didn't know that. Btw No gaskets should be used, only extremely slim layer exhaust paste. But lets continue on private not to continue this offtopik :D

    I can sen you new up-pipes with uncut flange, or is only the drivers side needed? Looks like the flange is cut too much off
