Cant see it being fuel (unless it was really low) make sure theres enough fuel in, maybe try disconnecting battery for 10 mins to reset ecu.

Hi all got a bit of a query . Replaced cam position sensor at weekend, got the part from tps, and heres the problem, when engine is upto temp...
If its anything like the fsi its a 10/15 min diy job, located just above the oil filter iirc.

Finally had time to try it this morning, run car upto temp, disconnected engine temp sensor, started 1st time 7 out of 10 times (same as before)...
