There are companies you can send the dpf to and they will clean it almost like new and return it google them plenty about
I had mine done by a company in Birmingham post the turbo to them £225 for full rebuild inc warrentee Company is called British turbo parts...
Also what’s your engine code as some of the 2.0 tdis sufferd from the head going porous but I think yours is newer then this issues
It’s separate to the egr valve normally found round the back of the engine and linked to the egr valve via a shiney metal pipe
Do you have an egr cooler fitted if so this could possibly be leaking and burning the coolant off inside

Yea could be take off the egr valve and clean it got mine spotless as it was about 5/7mm thick with crud Sent from my G8141 using Tapatalk
Witch gasket did you fit looked like you brought the darksidedevelopments.co.uk conversion so should of had the metal gasket Sent from my G8141...
