    Hi Rob,

Strictly speaking no,as it will work on the stock intercooler.

What a bigger intercooler will do is to allow you to run full boost for longer, and in hotter conditions,i.e.,allowing you to run full power more of the time.

I have a ProAlloy I/c which is about the biggest that will fit,and the Airtec or Wagner are also good choices.

Thing is the quote is at my financial limit.
I drove it a few miles at a time.
Most is around a 50 mile trip.
Would you still go for it without the intercooler ?
And is it worth it as I am on stage 1 already.
Would it be that noticeable (speed etc)

    Hi Alex
    Basically is it worth doing
Going from stage 1 to stage 2+ REVO even without changing the intercooler
I am a sensible driver only using the boost occasionally.
    Cheers Rob

I ran mine for a good long while before getting a bigger intercooler.
Basically I got that for Stg3.

    Cheers Alex
That was my only concern about getting the stage 2+
But if it's not necessary then I'll go for it. Cheers.
