You've got a lot of the right bits to start with,and the best suggestions I'd have would be to go up on the turbo size to maybe a 3576 as the 3582 is kind of large.
You'd need to consider the fuelling at that point also.....what are you using now on the fuel side?

After that,as you know the ECU makes a HUGE difference.....
