Excuse my ignorance but does audi a3 2.0 tdi s line 2007 have a dpf ?

Also I once read that bkd engines had trouble with cylinder heads.Is it true and how do you notice the problem ?

regarding cylinder head, check your coolant level, if its low or keeps going down then thats a possible sign of your head cracking, coolant loss.
